How long to leave a non-payer before relisting item?

    Weekend before last a buyer bought one item and immediately asked for an invoice. Most buyers asking for an invoice seem to pay within the day but not this one. I've sent a couple of reminders without any response and on checking the buyers ratings it appears that they have done this a few times previously.
    Are there any rules that apply to how long one must wait? It's in my mind to give a negative feedback and relist. Any thoughts?

    After seven days, Delcampe allows you to send a reminder. If no reply after 4 or 5 days following the reminder, I write to the buyer, asking if still interested. If buyer does not budge, I follow the Delcampe procedure to claim back the Delcampe selling fees and relist, leaving the appropriate feedback to the buyer.

    Ideally you should state in your terms and conditions how long you are prepared to wait for payment after issuing the invoice.

    With myself I allow 14 days then send a couple of reminders. If no response they go on my blocked list with suitable - usually negative feedback - if they buy and cannot respond.
