As most people do I make the odd mistake occasionally which I am happy to rectify when they occur and are pointed out to me.

In this case I processed an order for a large number of stamps - one of which had a small nick in which I did not notice when preparing the order and shipping it.

The order arrived at destination and my customer found the damaged stamp and quite rightly contacted me about it. But it was the method of contact that was disconcerting - a barrage of demands in a threatening and abusive manner - all over a 20p stamp! Anyway I responded politely apologising for my error and offered another copy or a refund telling my customer to keep or dispose of the damaged item.

If no apology for the aggressive message is received this is another for my banned list. Anyone else come across this before - someone going in with all guns blazing over a minor and easily rectifiable error?
