    Are you familiar with the procedure as a seller?

    If not then read on...
    The seller is notified and has four options: (1) leave as is, (2) lower price and contact member, (3) sell direct at lower price and (4) sell by auction with a lowered starting price for X days and register member as bidder

    If you haven't received notification then the seller has probably not bothered responding as the offer will show as 'in abeyance'

    I don't know how or if you can cancel a lower bid offer - can any other member help?
