    Hi,

    As the writer of the card says 'Bonjour Renée' ('Hello Renée'), it seems he knows her rather well. So I suppose the writer belongs to her family or her friends, but it is probably not someone important nor famous.

    I would read the signature as Giorry (or something like that).
