    I can't help you, but there used to be someone around, who occasionally did Japanese & Chinese translations on the "voluntary translations" forum.

    Maybe you should repeat your question there.

    The image shown is called 'Rain Shower over Shono' by Japanese artist Hirosige.
    Here is the wikipedia article on this artist and your postcard is shown in the article Link (https)

    Sorry, I don't know what the text on the 3rd image says (I have some sets of Hirosige cards so perhaps this card is in a series). I use a local Japanese collector for translating my Japanese cards :)
