Does anyone know where this is?

    Help required please in identifying this location.

    Translation English to English! - I just can't read the writing on this card.

    I've got the first bit on the reverse:
    "Have you seen these Villas with 3 & 4 bedrooms. The best & cheapest in the ?????????"
    .......& the rest can be double Dutch as far as I'm concerned - I just can't make head nor tail of it.

    The writing on the front of the card looks like Leakfield Road or Larkfield Road or something like that.

    Hopefully the scans are good enough for someone to identify.

    I think the exact location may be just round the corner in OAKFIELD road (I may have thrown people off by suggesting Larkfield in the original post).

    That's a great bit of detective work & many thanks for narrowing it down.

    The houses have got the same ridge tiles and the design on the garden walls confirms it for me.
