    That's a tricky one.
    In order to claim you fees back from Delcampe you first have to leave your buyer neutral or negative feedback. Given that it's not your buyer's fault that the items didn't get to him, that would be a rather harsh thing to do. Personally, I would absorb the cost of the fees myself.

    That's a tricky one.
    In order to claim you fees back from Delcampe you first have to leave your buyer neutral or negative feedback. Given that it's not your buyer's fault that the items didn't get to him, that would be a rather harsh thing to do. Personally, I would absorb the cost of the fees myself.

    I don't think there's any way Delcampe would consider refunding fees since payment was made and the cards sent

    Your only recourse would be to claim against Royal Mail for the value of the cards and cost of postage, for which you would have to have a Certificate of Posting and proof of value; even then the best you may get will be a book of first-class stamps...

    My local postmaster always gives me a pad (or a half-pad if he's a bit short) and I always note ALL letters going out - you never know which one is going to go walkabout

    It also gives a little extra reassurance to buyers if their lot has been delayed when you tell them that you have proof of posting and that they will not suffer any financial penalty if it doesn't arrive
