    Hi, my Japanese is a bit rusty (ahem!) - anyway, this is what I can gather. The first two characters says 'parade'. The last two characters are 'to' and 'kyo', which does _not_ mean Tokyo, but both of them are used in the sense 'capital'. So I guess it is in Tokyo.

    Hi, my Japanese is a bit rusty (ahem!) - anyway, this is what I can gather. The first two characters says 'parade'. The last two characters are 'to' and 'kyo', which does _not_ mean Tokyo, but both of them are used in the sense 'capital'. So I guess it is in Tokyo.
