    We accept to refund such fee for more than 2 years now ;)

    You just need to fill in a statement of unsold item. See in "My Delcampe > My payments to D* > Unpaid items". Delcampe will never steal one of its fellow members :)

    But only if they're unpaid for some time ! Just be fair and all will be fine ;)
