    One buyer posted 3 orders same day in my shop, each including a postage cost. So there is a problem: how can I refund that 2 extra postage cost on Mangopay, as I have combined those orders and shipped them out together, charged only one postage cost..

    I found on Mangopay I can refund payment for sold items, but seems there is no way to refund the postage cost, nor to send a payment to the buyer. Stumbled by this problem. Your opinion will be much appreciated.

    By the way, usually when a buyer posted more than one orders, they will be grouped to one single order automatically. However, this time they did nothing to that 3 orders, from same buyer in same day. Is there something wrong?
