    I have acquaintances living in Pakistan many of whom use pp facilities even though paypal itself is officially not available to Pakistani residents.
    Most either sign up with a reputable paypal facilitator (names easily found on google) or use their own payoneer cards via a bank in the UAE. Just a thought.....

    I have acquaintances living in Pakistan many of whom use pp facilities even though paypal itself is officially not available to Pakistani residents.
    Most either sign up with a reputable paypal facilitator (names easily found on google) or use their own payoneer cards via a bank in the UAE. Just a thought.....
