If I ship to U.K coins or stamps in 1 envelope - there is a tax or duty of some pounds per envelope?

    There is a VAT?

From what price (value of envelope) it will be a VAT ?

    Thank you very much.

There would be VAT payable from Israel IF the envelope was opened and examined by Customs, in which case the VAT would be 20% of the value of the stamps or coins.

Normally I find a small thin envelope, with some stamps in it, would hardly ever be stopped, whereas a thicker heavier envelope with coins would be more likely to be examined.

pay 13.50 pounds per 1 envelope and if I ship to him 2 envelopes it will be 27 pounds . It is not include 20% VAT .
    This is true?
    Thank you very much.

It might well do - it depends on weight primarily, and then value. If the letter was International Signed For & Tracked and insured, that alone costs a minimum of £7.50, and higher if the value is higher, PLUS postage costs, so I could understand that a letter of perhaps 100gms and insured for more than £100 (my guesses at present only), then I could well see that £13.50 cost was possible.

Even a 20gm letter to Israel with say £40 of stamps or coins would be over £8 to send to Israel using this system plus insurance!
