    That would be quite impossible, there is too little information available and many, many more postmarks than stamps (we're talking many millions) :no:. You might find overviews of *some* postmarks from *some* countries online but I don't know any links.

    To use my own country Norway as an example, until recently only the 8-900 "one-ring" cancels used until 1880 had been rated by rarity, plus 383 numeral cancels. The roughly 7,000 "two-ring" cancels produced between 1880 and 1930 were first cataloged 2 years ago, after many many years of intense research work. Neither of these are available online, you need to buy the catalogs.

    Hi,

    I only know printed postmark catalogues for various countries and areas.

    Not everything is free! Every collector should and can buy the relevant literature for his collecting area. With this he can also make the one or other bargain from sellers who don't invest in literature.
