    Depends how recent, I suppose. Normally I would give buyers 2 weeks after invoice to allow for holidays etc, and then send a reminder. After another week, I leave negative feedback and reclaim my fees from Delcampe - if the buyer comes up afterwards, the feedback can always be amended to cater for that.

    Depends how recent, I suppose. Normally I would give buyers 2 weeks after invoice to allow for holidays etc, and then send a reminder. After another week, I leave negative feedback and reclaim my fees from Delcampe - if the buyer comes up afterwards, the feedback can always be amended to cater for that.
