USA Scott 285 2 colours ?

    In the Scott catalogue only the colours dark yellow green, yellow green and green are mentioned . This item on an old cover as additional stamp is however blue and green!

    I 'm wondering what has happened here. I have never seen this before.
    In Scott (and also Yvert & Tellier and Michel) is nothing mentioned about different colours.
