Could somebody help me with this item. It is on thin hard paper, and possibly from Die IV, but the postmark unfortunately obscures several of the tell-tales. My chief concern is that it is imperf. It has wide enough margins to be genuinely imperf, although my experience of these issues is limited to this single stamp! For all I know they may have been printed with extra wide margins. Any help would be useful.
    Thanks in advance.

It could be a postal stationery cut out.

Thanks for the suggestion. The paper seems too thin for PS. If an entire envelope were made in the same paper I guess it would tear very easily?

    Probably you are right.
No such printed stamp in the H&G catalogue.
