    What a carry on trying to get money from my Mango account. It takes a week to get your money from them. As a Fully verified member of Delcampe for 15 years I am now having to go Through a verification process that goes against every thing you are warned not to do with you information by your bank. A absolute disgraceful decision by Delcampe to introduce this system. Regardless to say I shall be closing this mango account as soon as I can retrieve the money owed to me. Be warned having to send Photos of your driving license or Passport details is completely wrong in so many ways'

    Sadly, this sort of thing is commonplace today and is a result of increased fraud and money laundering.

    You should try opening a betting account online and see what hoops you must jump through even to place a bet or collect winnings. Typically, this involves a photograph of your passport or driving licence, then a picture of you holding the ID, then a photo of a utility bill and then maybe a photo of a recent bank statement.

    I can see what you mean. I stop my weekly bet on the football coupon because of the hassle from Skybet. Delcampe encouraged people to join Mangopay without verification saying it would make it easier to pay and get payments they did not tell you that their verification process would not be good enough to get your money out. All it has done is allow Delcampe to get the fees from your sales a lot quicker.
