Adding a credit card

    Has anyone else had problems adding a new credit card? Each time I go through the usual procedure of codes etc with my bank, the message comes up on Delcampe that my card is waiting for verification but nothing happens after that. All they say in response is that Mangopay has rejected the card after receiveing a fraud message from my bank. My bank denies doing so, so I tried a card with another bank, with the same result. Both cards are being accepted in the UK and the bank says that if fraud was suspected they would stop the card completely, not just with Mangopay. We appear to have reached an impasse which is irritating as I have two vendors waiting for payment so I will have to stop using Delcampe.

    You might get a quicker response by contacting Delcampe direct:

    Maybe uploading your information using a different browser may do the trick. On another site I had a similar problem using Google Chrome but when I tried using Firefox all went smoothly!

    Many thanks for that advice. I went straight to Firefox and it worked instantly. Just a shame that Delcampe's team appear not to be aware of this problem, or how to solve it.

    Good morning Miranda,

    As I told Sebastien yesterday the problem had nothing to do with my bank and all the information that you were given by Mangopay to pass on to me was wrong. For future reference, you might wish to know that the issue arose from my use of Google Chrome as the browser and as soon as I changed to Firefox the card was registered with no diificulty. I found this out thanks to a Delcampe customer in the Middle East when I posted a message on the forum.
