    I know this is a problem/option, depending how you look at, it for US Paypal users. I didn't think UK users could "fiddle" with their postage settings in Paypal.

    I'll have a look at my account and if I come up with something, I'll let you know.

    I know this is a problem/option, depending how you look at, it for US Paypal users. I didn't think UK users could "fiddle" with their postage settings in Paypal.

    I'll have a look at my account and if I come up with something, I'll let you know.

    It shouldn't have anything to do with the lister.

    I don't know if I am on the right track or not, but 2 questions:

    1. Have you at any time enabled the option in Paypal for "digital goods payments?"

    2. If you go to your PP account - my profile - my selling preferences, go down to the bottom - under "posting my items" >postage calculations, have you got any values put in there at all, and if so, is the box at the very bottom ticked or not?

    It shouldn't have anything to do with the lister.

    Your settings are exactly the same as mine then.

    You could try ticking that box, but mine isn't and I don't have any problems. Sorry, I don't know where else to look or what else to suggest apart from contacting Paypal directly.
