It's not genuine. I've been getting them as well over the last few days.
If in doubt, log into your MB account in the normal way - if they want you to do anything, you'll find a message/pop-up there.

    It is a fishing attempt.
You can recognize it by the way you are addressed: "Dear customer".
The real emails from Moneybookers use your name.

    Hi from Denmark.

Yes I got this message yesterday, and yes it's very well done.
I copied the message and sent it to Moneybookers at this address:
security@moneybookers.com , and this morning Moneybookers confirmed that this was a scam.
So be carefull out there, there are people who try to get your money.

That sounds a bit scary to me.
I would never login any other way than I'd normally do.
If I were you, I'd go to your Moneybookers account right now and change the password.

    Hi again.

I was on the right Moneybookers page, and there I found this security@moneybookers.com address.
Moneybookers also confirmed, that I've done the right thing

I never click on the addresses on the scram pages.

I often got such scram mails, and everytime I sent a copy to Paypal or Moneybookers telling them that I've just got this email, but I haven't done anything, but taken this copy, and and everytime I got a quick answer back that it's a scram, and please delete it.

So I take it very easy, and I'm not worried about my acount.

    Hi Pipeline,

I was replying to Nanook's message; I feel a bit uneasy about what he wrote.

As far as your messages are concerned - likewise I either forward them or delete them and would never click on anything in an email.
