What can I do when a Seller leaves negative feedback?

    Back in March, I made the mistake of buying several items from a seller who did not accept Paypal. He insisted on payment by other means, but Paypal was the only means by which I could pay him. As a result, he left negative feedback for me on all these transactions rather than just accept that I had made a mistake by trying to buy from him. After all, mistakes happen!

    Is there anything I can do to have this fixed?

    Hello from Switzerland ! Many sellers quote 0% in such cases, just to get their Commission back. Some do not know, that "leave a comment" (neutral) would allow the same. I would suggest to contact the dealer and ask him to change his Quote in this way.......maybe he agrees? Good luck!

    Hello from Switzerland ! Many sellers quote 0% in such cases, just to get their Commission back. Some do not know, that "leave a comment" (neutral) would allow the same. I would suggest to contact the dealer and ask him to change his Quote in this way.......maybe he agrees? Good luck!

    oh oh oh....I oversaw the date: March 2023......that's far too late to change anything. you should have complained within the 2 month timeframe

    I didn't find out until recently that he'd left negative feedback.

    I opened up my Delcampe account the other day to see that my feedback rating was on 88%.

    I had simply assumed that he'd dropped the matter.
