Unsolicited payment into Mangopay.

    How is it that a buyer has paid into Mangopay when I do not have such a bank account? The payment shows on my page, but I never signed up for Mangopay. And I have no way of transferring the payment to Paypal. And I can't get into Mangopay. Is this a scam? What is going on! Can this be sorted out for me.

    There seems to be no way I can transfer buyers payments from Mangopay to paypal. It seems the payment is locked up!!!! Delcampe is telling buyers they can pay via Mangopay. This is over and above my sales conditions. Without my permission. And with no way of transferring the money. - Geoff

    You do have a MangoPay account - it was set up automatically by Delcampe when they did all the changes last year, everybody got one whether they wanted it or not. Very few people use it but it still exists as an option for buyers.
    Best thing to do is contact Delcampe directly and ask for assistance.

    If you click the 'Payments' tab on your sales home page, there is a section on the left called Manage, from which t=you can withdraw money, among other functions

    it's another case of "try and error" Because my currency is CHF (not Euro) I was very scared before, about eventual exchange-rates or banking-fee. D-Support couldn't answer my related question before, because they also did not know the details.
    So I tried to withdraw my fund...... :crying:......but guess what: everything worked out well - no fee at all.
    It's similar to PP, but works only in the currency you have chosen on D.
