New Client: all list items go in error

    Hi Support
    new Client. Every try to list a new item result into error:
    err_missingDeliveryDestination
    err_missingActivatedPayment
    err_missingDescriptionShippingAndHandling

    Payment with Mangopay is activated
    Shipping zones are configured and with cost

    Seller id: 253441

    Thanks for explain me where I'm wrong

    Hi Servitel,

    Are you sure about the seller id ?
    The user #253441 is an old user from 2008 that has been deleted

    It's an old user reactivated some days ago

    To sell on Delcampe, the contact details has to be validated at least once to ensure that the information provided is true and complete.
    It should be done on this page: Link (https)

    I'm not sure if it's possible with api calls, i'll check and get back to you as soon as i know more

    To sell on Delcampe, the contact details has to be validated at least once to ensure that the information provided is true and complete.
    It should be done on this page: Link (https)

    I'm not sure if it's possible with api calls, i'll check and get back to you as soon as i know more
