Fee template not dispalyed

    Hi Support
    for a new client we have the issue the fee template created from the web interface is not displayed with the call

    Link (https)

    the call display the standard model "Free shipping" only

    The customerid is 2480999

    Can you take a look please ?

    You probably want to use the template of the main account id: 2457338

    Indeed, there is no fee template linked to the user id: 2480999 that you mention in your first message.
    The screenshot sent with the template named "Default Shipping" is linked to user id: 2457338.

    If you want to use this template, simply create it for the account you want to.
    I can do it for you if you want.

    The seller ID came from the call of Link (https)

    If I connect via web interface I see the Policy "Default Shipping" created by the user

    But if for the same user I check for policies via API (calling Link (https) I see nothing
