Delay on listing

    Hi Support
    when my clients list items with "bulk" call (100 items per call) I experience a long delay on create items. This impact on retrieving item id because sometimes the id is not available for more than 10 minutes after the list call is complete.

    Any suggestion ?

    Hi Servitel,

    The handling of sales from the API is not always instantaneous. Depending on the server load, the request size and the images width, it may take a couple minutes for the items to be saved on Delcampe.

    Do you have an example id where it took a long time ? We will check and get back to you.
