    Error in article handling: Bid articles such as the following article 1553571592 were sold via oldthing on 19.7. sold, but are still on offer at delcampe. (total 8 items). I have not received any notification that this auction has ended.
    Do I have to delete them myself? The bidder at delcampe and at oldthing is the same. But I can only deliver the item once! There is an error in the adjustment.

    Hello I ended the article with the number 1553571592 because it was also sold via oldthing and is not matched. Since the item was bid, it was settled as sold the following day. The customer now has this item twice! The article 1553571556 runs until 31.7. and was also sold via oldthing (oldthing ID: 43831931) and has not been completed at delcampe.

    Hello zs_stamps,

    When you put an item up for sale on another platform it is important to close the item as soon as a bid is placed or the item is purchased if it is not an auction.

    On Delcampe, you have the Seller_Item_FirstBid notification ( Link (https) ) for auction items.
    And the Seller_Item_Sold ( Link (https) ) notification for fixed price items.

    When an item is sold on two marketplaces, the sale must be completed before it can be cancelled. You can find out how to do this here: Link (https)
