    Hello,
I have just created two items with weight and ShipModelID. The weight of the items is 0.1 gram, item number = 1301369896 and 1301364682. When creating the item there was receive a Resposne 504 Gateway Time Out?

Two templates were created. (ID = 13420 and 13438).

The 2 new items were created with the ID 13420. Nothing is right there! The display is even different between the two articles. Selecting shipping / payment method etc. does not lead to any result or does not work.

My terms and conditions of sale info can no longer be seen by these items. The tab with the terms of sale must not be replaced to display the shipping costs. A new tab only with the "shipping and additional costs" is needed.

Please complete the API description for FixPriceItems, the new fields are missing, I have now used the information from Auction type.

There is also a problem with the weight table for the overflow value. This is a required field. But that doesn't make any sense. There are no letters weighing more than 2kg. From 2kg the package template must take effect. If the price for a 2Kg package is entered in the overflow value, that makes no sense, because the weight can also be 5Kg in this case. The package is then more expensive than a 2kg package. Instead of an overflow weight, the name of the overflow template would have to be specified, or alternatively, depending on the case.

The overflow value is now 999 euros, but the buyers will not understand that!
    Kind regards

    Hello,

I have created another item (No. 1301562976) with ShipModelID 13438. Here I have increased the weight to 1g. The calculation works now. Problem recognized? A single stamp is lighter than 1 gram! The resolution must therefore be 0.1 gram. The tables must start at 0 grams and not 1 gram

But there is still a Gateway Time Out 504 when uploading the article.

What is the result if the customer buys an item with ShipModelID 13420 and an item with ShipModelID 13438. (Both are calculated by weight)

If the choice is done correctly, the template that calculates the higher costs must then be used in the shopping cart as final result.

This calculation cannot be summarized in one template, because depending on the item, a certain size of the shipping envelope is required. This is mandatory and must not be able to be selected as an option by the buyer.

    Kind regards
