    Dear Sirs,

    we've recently uploaded a ton of products to the delcampe store.
    although it took us a while to upload all our products, it all seemed to work as planned.

    after double checking the list of products on the delcampe store against our uploaded product list, i've noticed that hundreds of products where removed again. as it turns out, the removed products seem to have hit the first expiry date (3 weeks after upload) and were removed.

    i am not sure why, but your system seems to have ignored the auto renew instructions (unless i've totally misunderstood the api documentation)

    could you please take a look at two test cases to see what i mean
    the product with ref. 5238 is currently still on the store with an expiry date of 2018-06-21 21:06:00.
    it was uploaded on Thursday, 29 March 2018.
    as planned, it was automatically updated on Friday, 1 June 2018.

    so far so good
    however product ref 45404 (one of the hundreds of products that got removed) seems to (according to your store) have expired on Tuesday, 5 June 2018 at 09:37.
    it was uploaded on Friday, 25 May 2018
    weirdly, the api debug returns 2018-06-15 21:06:00.
    as you can see, these dates don't make any sense and something must have gone seriously wrong.

    would you please take a look at it as soon as possible, as i am worried that we'll find ourself in a situation where we'll have thousands of products being removed from the store over the next few weeks.

    if it, by any chance, has anything to do with my api calls, could you please point me in the right directions about what could have gone wrong and how to fix it.

    I see in our database that the second item you mentioned was closed by you. It is a bit weird. Can you confirm that nothing has happened on your side ?
