URGENT - DELETING items not working on API for weeks NOW

    We are expereicinging big issues with the API when deleting items. Still after weeks and weeks of trying to find a solution and contacting DELCAMPE via the Forum our items continue to be on sale. We have to do this manually on the DELCAMPE admin but the fact is as we need to DELTE 100's of products at a time it becomes ridiculous.

    PLEASE HELP US we really need to sort this out....is there a problem with the API or changes to its configuration that we have not been made aware of or know about???

    Hello wopa_stamps,

    Are you using REST or SOAP api?

    To make sure i just tried a DELETE call on rest.delcampe.net/item/ID?token=XXX and it works without issue.
    Can you give us more details on how you are using it?

    Hi there, we use REST...i am sorry for the late reply but due to the may Delcampe problems we decided to wait to launch our new site first and test it thouroghly before tackling Delcampe API

    For the past several months we have stopped altogether using the API as it simply did not work and have not uploaded new products ever since (several thousands)

    Our IT team would very much prefer to discuss this on the phone as we are confident there should be an easy solution and for security reasons we are not happy having to give public details of out internet setting on forums.

    Any chance we can give you a call promptly and sort this API matters out ASAP Thanks in advance

    We prefer to talk on the phone and the quicker the better. Any chance we can have a chat? Out IT Manager is confident it can be resolved in 20 minutes over the phone and we avoid wasting any further time

    Unfortunately we will have to remove the products until we find a solution in the future which is a pity . Thanks for your help anyway.

    Sales have now been closed as agreed. We sincerely hope to be back in the future once the API matter is resolved. At present we have not been able to upload more than 25,000 new items as the synchronisation keeps on failing for adding and removing. I do understand that the forum seems to be the only option but our IT guys are confident that the matter could have been resolved over the phone in no time. We speak German, English and Spanish and would be delighted t be able to discuss this with you.
