    Apologies for all the questions lately but I am still finding my way round the site and developing my account.
    I am looking to expand the range of payment methods I accept, in order to avoid Paypal.

    I have been through the payment methods help page and I have been to the relevant page to enter details.
    Delcampe pay seem fairly straight forward and in fact I did have it once before, years ago, but i also want to add a bank account to receive bank transfers.
    After "Add a bank account" I am asked for an Iban No and also a Bic / Swift ????
    is this simply the bank account Number & Sort code?
    For obvious reasons it is important I get this right.

    Another Question - Delcampe pay, As I have said I did have it before but as I remember it was hardly used by buyers and not at all by new buyers, which are the type that I seem to be attracting, my 2 sales today are both from members who have only just joined?
    Any advice is welcome, Thanks in advance.

    If the IBAN and Swift numbers are not on your bank statements (usually on the left hand margins of a paper statement} you will need to access your account on line and find them or ask your bank for them. Your sort code and account number are not enough for international bank transfers.

    Delcampe Pay is a fairly recent phenomenon so you could not have used it years ago. You are probably confusing this will Moneybookers/Skrill that were used by a lot of people until they made life too difficult and I doubt if anyone uses them much today on Delcampe.

    Yes that's right it was Skrill I think, Hardly anyone used it as I remember.
    But is Delcampe pay widely used?
