Why do I keep getting Top Store Notifications ?

    Why do I keep getting Top Store Notifications ? when it does not relate to anything on the new site, and how come my position is supposed to be going up when I have not had a single sale in weeks ?

    Its seems there is not, if there is I cant find it, just keep getting a email every week saying where my position is supposed to be every week, how its being calculated I have no idea as only had two sales in the past month, strange as I sold over 90 stamps last night elsewhere, think I shall most likely close all my sales here when my gold membership comes to a end, shame after all these years on D, but cant live on air

    Should also add you need to click on the category (eg Phonecards) and the shop list for that category will appear.

    Yes it's still there, in your stats. It gives your current rank and if you click on say, Stamps (UK) you can see the full list.

    Yes it is there but it doesn't work properly (or at least in the same way as on the old system) ... like so many things in this new system!

    Problem with PAYPAL advices this morning - duplicated from Delcampe and nothing from PAYPAL! And zero sales again!!!!

    Well, that's different! - I got a Paypal advice last night for my one sale yesterday, and didn't get the Delcampe advice until this morning.

    Sales numbers are well down - I would reckon about 50% for me on pre change months unless there is a great pick up in the next few days. Strange thing is that my store is getting more or less the same number of views. Are people just not buying? or what is the point of looking at 100+ items for no apparent reason ????

    My sales figures remain fairly buoyant and my viewing figures are up as an average compared to the same time last year.

    But I think my old regular customers have either stopped collecting or have moved elsewhere as most of my sales are to new clients. Hopefully these will become the new 'regulars'.

    My sales are pretty much across the board from all the categories I list in so are thus not confined to one category. A week or so ago I had excellent postcard sales - this week it seems to be banknotes and stamps.

    I'm actually getting to quite like the new site as well as I become more and more familiar with using it - so the old one is becoming a distant but fond memory!

    As with you, I don't mind the new site either now as I'm getting used to it. While my sales numbers are well down, sales value has stayed up because I've sold a few 'bigger ticket' items.

    I would agree with you about regular customers - there are quite a few of mine whom I have heard nothing from in the last couple of months, but likewise have had some 'new blood'.

    It would be nice to get another overview from Seb regarding the overall progress of the new site, but he seems to have gone 'walkabout' again since before Christmas.

    We can but hope!

    Wouldn't possibly find it without your link.
    Information provided by the link doesn't make any sense.
    For me, this is just another example of a feature disappearing without trace ... not that anyone actually knows how stores are ranked!

    It doesn't display "All Delcampe" anymore. It just tells me what position I am in, both for international and UK.
