    I got the same message yesterday, and now I can't login to my account.
    I also sent a message to Skrill and got this message back: We have received your inquiry and your case number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    I don't know what's going on.

    Yes...Skrill is a big problem. Have a look on the other threads relating to Skrill and it can be seen what other members did.....

    a quick note to inform you that we have contacted Skrill regarding the issue you're experiencing.

    Here is the email we have just received from them:

    "With regards to your inquiry we would like to kindly advise your customers to contact us directly so we can assist further on that login issue, as unfortunately we will not be able to discuss any details regarding their accounts with a third party ... "

    So, if you are still experiencing issues with your Skrill password, we advise you to contact them at merchantservices@skrill.com

    Hi.
    Back from vacation 20-3-2016 I checked my Skrill account, but I couldn't log into
    my account, but got the message mentioned in the other messages here in this tread.
    I contacted Skrill at once, and I've been in contact with Skrill every day since, and now 24-3-2016 I've just got a new password and everything is now working normal again.
    But Skrill ask me for a lot of informations and documents to be sure that it was me and not another person they comunicated with.
