    One of my customers asked me if I had any Bangladesh postcards in stock to which I replied yes - about 18.

    He then told me he could not locate them using the search engine. So I had a try and they did not come up in in the search I did. I located the listings in my shop to make sure they had been listed properly and could not find any error in the listing (which had been made by my son as they were his cards).

    Is there a problem with the search engine and certain items/categories? If so it would go a long way into explaining very poor viewing figures for some items and thus poor sales in those categories.

    I just made a test and could not find anything wrong.
    I went to your store and typed in "Bangladesh".
    I did not specify whether I wanted to find stamps or a postcards on Bangladesh.
    Doing this search, I found about 51 items:

    Then I specified that I only wanted to see poscards and I got 16 postcards which correspond to the number of postcards you have listed.

    If I searched within my store I also found the Bangladesh cards but if I used the generic Search bar at the top of each Delcampe page I could not find them by searching 'Bangladesh' in 'International' and 'Postcards'.

    Yet this morning using the same terms they have miraculously appeared! And, most importantly, my potential customer has now found them.

    Maybe you have sprinkled some 'magic dust' over the search engine?

    Anyway now all appears OK. My thanks also for looking into this so quickly and replying to my concerns - much appreciated.
