    I recently purchased items from Romania but before they arrived the seller closed their account. What can I do to recoup my payment?

    Hello,

    A closed account doesn't necessarely mean that you won't receive the items.

    An account can be closed by Delcampe because a seller doesn't pay the Delcampe fees, etc.

    If I were in your case, I would try to contact the seller first.
    After you won the items, you should have had a notification mail from Delcampe and an invitation to pay from your seller.
    In replying to any of these messages, you should be able to contact the seller.

    If you paid by Paypal and the seller does not send the items you need to start the chargeback process. Remember you have a limited time to do this.

    If you paid by any other method and you do not get the items or a refund then 'bye bye' the money.
