HELP Moderator move my items to wrong category

    8-10-2014 the Moderator %mod_zacharie moved some of my Faroe Islands covers from this category: Stamps > Europe > Faroe Islands
    to this category: Stamps > Europe > Denmark > Unclassified

    I have sent 2 Emails to the Moderator and asking him why, but I haven't got any answer back yet. :help: :help:

    14 of my covers listed under Faroe Islands were moved to Denmark unclassified.
    It's impossible to sell Faroe Islands covers, when they are listed under Denmark unclassified.

    If any of the Delcampe staff read this,I ask you; WHY DON'T I GOT AN ANSWER FROM THE MODERATOR AND WHY MOVE MY COVERS TO A WRONG CATEGORY???? :angryfire:

    If the Moderator does not reply contact Delcampe directly if you have not already as this appears an error on the part of the Moderator in question. When items of mine have been moved in error which has happened to me a couple of times I received an apology and returned the items to where they were. When items have been moved correctly due to my own mistakes in listing I always send a thank you message to the person who has shifted them.

    I'm sure this was not a deliberate error - just simply a mistake by the Moderator in question. They have so many things to watch it is an easy thing to make a mistake. I'm surprised though that you have not yet received a response - maybe the Moderator has not been online for a few days or there is another reason for the lack of reply.

    All the wrong moved Faroe Islands covers are now placed under Faroe Islands again.
    But still, not a word from the Moderator or from the Delcampe staff.
    I'm still interested to know, why 14 items placed at the correct country can be moved to a wrong category by the Moderator, and why the Moderator don't answer my emails sent to him. :question: :question: :question: :question:
