Option to sort by Personal reference please?

    I have 37,000+ items for sale, all organised by "Personal reference". Under the old system, delivery notes were automatically sorted by Personal reference, but now there isn't even an option to do this. The current random sort is a huge waste of my time. Could Delcampe please reinstate this as the standard sort or include an option to sort by Personal reference? Thank you!

    It's been a week now and no response from Delcampe. The deafult search is by Personal Reference, so it is bizarre that you can't sort the items on an invoice or delivery note by Personal Reference!

    This is easy enough to write the code for, so I really do wonder about the quality of people that Delcampe employ. Sebastian has an IT background, so the mess that the new system is in is even more inexplicable.

    Can you ask the tech team to sort out the mess with the addresses on the invoice/delivery note.

    The lower box is taken from the buyers registration details and should be correct. The top box for the envelope is formatted differently European style.....please remind the tech team that most of the world do not format addresses the mainland Europe way.

    In particular, for items to be sent to UK, USA, Canada etc the county or State is now excluded. In some countries, the post code itself is NOT adequate. In the case of my own country (which is an archipelago of 7000+ islands) , the line that is deemed not necessary is actually the name of the island.....quite probably mail will not arrive at all!

    Also, The postcode is always now included before the town/city name which, for the vast majority of the countries in the world, is incorrect.

    Why was it thought to be necessary to reformat addresses this way instead of keeping to the format provided by the buyers who obviously know best?

    No I cannot at the moment.

    After items are posted, the option to print or view a delivery note is not available. I do not have any sales awaiting dispatch to non-European countries at present.

    Maybe someone else on this forum can help?
