WARNING - INVOICING

    This may have been mentioned in other posts but be aware that the area where you add additional information on the invoice for guidance of the buyer has been compromised.

    As an example for a new customer I would expect this area to be blank.
    I now note that there is text presumably related to an existing customer appearing. This leads me to suspect that text relating to other existing customers may not be correct.

    Net, as if you needed to be reminded, check each invoice very carefully.

    The invoice is not adding the S&H in the total after filling the relevant box.

    Well, I'm getting my copy of the invoice OK.
    So I think that bit is OK.

    The trouble is that I'm not having the opportunity to send enough invoices!

    Lack of anything to practice on is my problem too! My invoices go OK, I get e-mails advising sales, buyers pay and it's all OK - whether the changes were necessary or useful is another argument, and lots of 'bits' need to be fixed - but if Delcampe could generate a few more buyers, no doubt I'd get used to it quicker.:)

    Yet another useful 'old' feature that has gone AWOL.
    I had different messages for different regular buyers to remind me of any special arrangements. Looks like all that information is now lost :mad:

    This new system is most definitely a step back.

    I had different messages for different regular buyers as well. , like buyers from one country who always have their items shipped to another country. I just hope those buyers send me a reminder before I ship their orders next time!

    I had different messages for different regular buyers as well. , like buyers from one country who always have their items shipped to another country. I just hope those buyers send me a reminder before I ship their orders next time!

    The problem is that Delcampe do not really know how Sellers have adapted their business processes to the 'old' system. They think they know the requirements but they don't and they probably don't have the original design details (if they ever existed) to replicate these neat features into the new system. Quite frankly it is a PITA.

    The problem is that Delcampe do not really know how Sellers have adapted their business processes to the 'old' system. They think they know the requirements but they don't and they probably don't have the original design details (if they ever existed) to replicate these neat features into the new system. Quite frankly it is a PITA.
