    Personally I do not worry about feedback as I do not sell it. I'm happy to leave it on receipt but don't worry about it if I do not get it.

    I reckon up to a third of my customers do not bother with it - if they can't be bothered then I'm not concerned. I have had an occasional buyer who has 'jumped up and down' about not receiving feedback on receipt of payment and I consider a transaction is not finished until the customer has received the goods and I'm happy to leave feedback when I know the transaction is complete. One such customer took umbrage and left a load of neutral feedbacks but he is the only one to have done so.

    My business is selling items and it is nice to get good feedback and to reciprocate it but I do not waste time and effort worrying about it.

    Check my feedback scores and you'll find the same phenomena.
    It's also the same on the other sites I use.
    I don't worry about it (I sell my items, not feedback) and in order to keep the "sold items" section of my Delcampe tidy, I archive items as soon as I've sent the items and given feedback, so I would really have to start digging to find out which buyers do not leave feedback.

    This issue is brought up every now and again on the forums, but think about it from a buyers point. Pretend you've never been a seller.

    Do you go out of your way to leave a positive comment every time you're happy with purchase from a High Street store? 3 weeks ago I placed an online order with a well known department store - they messed it up and I've been phoning them ever since and still haven't got it sorted. Before and after that incident, I've ordered from them without any problem; they never heard anything from me about those transactions.

    My OH uses Amazon on a regular basis and he's never left a feedback there.

    Hello stranger.

    I've reached the point where "no news is good news". My buyers will get in touch soon enough if they don't receive their goods.
