    Is there a way to change multiple feedbacks given to one member or must they be done one by one?

    As far as I can see it can only be done one at a time.

    I had this with one of my customers some time ago where I had over 50 to change and spent some time looking for a quick way of doing it without success. This was well over a year ago so it is possible something may have changed that I am unaware of.

    So it looks like a cup of strong coffee, gritting ones teeth and getting on with it!

    Luckily it's only 5 in my case, so it shouldn't be too time consuming.

    It's not something I've ever done before and was just curious if I was missing something.

    I remember ages ago someone marked me down on about 70 items (because he'd had to pay import taxes) - after an exchange of emails it was all changed, but it happened so quickly, that I don't think it would have been possible for him to do them all one at the time and I didn't receive the feedback modification emails either. Maybe he contacted support about it and they made the changes.
