Your postal costs are clearly displayed. So, IMHO, the buyer should not have purchased if he did not like them or, at the very least, contacted you before making a purchase.

I would politely tell him to pay up as he agreed when he made his purchase or you will leave him negative feedback and claim you fees back from Delcampe and re-list the item. If he retaliates then contact Delcampe explaining your position and any negative feedback should be removed. Make sure you also add him to your blacklist so he cannot buy or try to buy anything else from you or wreck your listings.

    I fully agree with Wycombe.
Either he pays up for the full amount or you leave neg fb. Given what you've said about his fb, you're likely to receive retaliatory feedback, but Delcampe will assist and remove this.

    Welcome, Old leaf!

    I agree with Wycombe1, too.

Every once in a while this happens and Delcampe has always been very good about removing retaliatory negative feedback.
You can also 'respond to feedback' -- leave an explanation in the feedback list -- so if you keep it professional potential customers will be able to judge for themselves.
