If you go to the section in "My Delcampe"> lower bids.

Under lower bids sent it states that the item(s) has to have been renewed 3 times to be able to make a lower bid

    but

under lower bids received it states that lower bids can be made on items that have been listed on the site for a month (30 days).

I always thought the 2nd statement was the correct one, but is it??

mmmm...the rules say 30 days as does the sellers lower bids section. The comment on the individual item lower bids is "a month"

It has now been changed. Both sections say 30 days.
