Problem with PAYPAL settlements

    PAYPAL payments coming through today are only showing the total amount of the payment and are not separating the purchase total from the postage amount. This is a very confusing change - is this an error or another Delcampe 'unnotified' enhancement?

    Am I missing something? Isn't that how it's always been with Delcampe/Paypal payments?

    No, the PAYPAL payment always used to show the purchases total, the postage amount paid and the total of both amounts.

    Either you've missed something or else I've been receiving special treatment.

    No, the PAYPAL payment always used to show the purchases total, the postage amount paid and the total of both amounts.

    Either you've missed something or else I've been receiving special treatment.

    Now you actually made me go and have a look at my Paypal account - you have defenitely been receiving special treatment. All my payments only show the total amount and I've gone back to the beginning of March.

    To clarify - I am talking about the PAYPAL advice that you receive. On the advice the payment is normally presented to show purchase total, postage paid and total paid. It is the advice .. not the information in your PAYPAL account that I am referring to.

    Ok, I misunderstood you.
    I have never looked at that before, but you are right. Up until 30/3 purchase price and postage were seperated and from the 31st it is just a single amount.

    I refered the matter to Delcampe Support. They claim it isn't something caused by e-wallet / interface with PAYPAL. They believe it is a PAYPAL problem.

    I've given up on this one. :pc_user3:

    I refered the matter to Delcampe Support. They claim it isn't something caused by e-wallet / interface with PAYPAL. They believe it is a PAYPAL problem.

    FYI. Problem now appears to be fixed - I don't know who made the fix, Delcampe or PAYPAL - but anyhow seems to be working as before again.
