Something new with the feedback system

    In my opinion the new "neutral" rating could be something useful. But I think that the impossibility to change the rating to a smaller one can cause some problems.
    For example once or twice I made the following mistake. I wrote a negative comment but forgot to change the default feedback 100% to 0% and clicked the button "Leave feedback". I noticed my mistake and correct it immediately. Now this is impossible.
    In this case maybe it will be better the text box for the rating to be blank by default and the buyers/sellers to be obligated to select the value from the list. However it is always possible one to make other mistakes and they have to be corrigible.

    Hi Pascal,
    There is something wrong with this new feature.
    I left a neutral rating to a buyer in order to remind him to leave me feedback for two items he received long ago. Well, he gave me 100% rating. Now I want to change me previous neutral rating to 100% but:

    1. There is not a link "Modify this feedback" on the page of the given item. I had to leave new 100% feedback.
    2. After that the text on this page was changed but the icon remained as before - "neutral".
    3. The result on the personal page of my customer is the same - old icon and new text.
    4. Now the average rating of this buyer is already 102% !!!
