Fee templete problem

    I have applied a fee templete several months ago, and it worked well. The postage cost will be included automatically in the invoice. However, recently I found, when I ask payment, the postage cost no longer be included in the invoice, while the fee templete displayed as before. ( I have applied this fee templete to all items in my store.)

    Has anyone else had the similar problem?

    There is a button of Add a new delivery method in the invoice, by it I could creat a new delivery method with a fixed postage cost, then you will find the invoice will include this new fee in the total amount, and enable you to complete the invoice. I don't think its designed that way.

    Hi Elise, I did contact help center last week, and I was told that its normal, fee included or excluded is upon customer's choice. That seems doesn't answer my question. All of my invoices included the fee automatically several weeks ago, and all excluded the fee by now. I have to use the button of Add a new delivery method to complete the invoice. I posted my problem here because I did solved one or two of my techinical problems here before.

    More details for my problem (the pictures are screen shots from my cell phone):
    1. My fee templete is $3 for all normal size registered letters. From picture 1 attached, you could see the fee is included before Ask payment.
    2. Picture 2 attached. After Ask payment, the page shows that the fee is not included in the amount.
    3. Picture 3. While my fee templete is displayed normally.
    4. Picture 4. By using Add a new delivery method, I select Large format registered letter and $3 for the fee. The both delivery methods and the fees are displayed.
    5. Picture 5. The added new fee is included in the total amount, so enable me to complete the invoice.

    There are many items in my Invoiced page. One item number of them is 1421088296.

    Thank you for your message.

    This is normal. A new system has been implemented.

    When you send the payment request, the total amount displayed to the right of the screen do not include the fees. You do not have to click on "add a new delivery method".

    As your fees have been defined already in your template, it is automatically added to the total amount paid by the buyer.

    Thanks Elise. I tried and the invoice is ok. The format of the invoice is a bit unconventional.
