Leaving Feedback

    I have tried several times to leave feedback for one of my customers but keep getting a message stating - value is not valid.

    The feedback to be left is 100% and I can see no reason why it cannot be left. Anyone else come across this?

    I have discovered the problem. In the middle of the feedback left the buyer had left a negative for not receiving one item which is fair enough. But I get slightly miffed by people who do this without making contact first as I know I make the occasional mistake and it would be good manners (IMHO) to make contact first so the fault can be remedied.

    Then the buyer can leave a negative if it is felt one is still deserved.

    Anyway once this had been discovered it was an easy matter to leave the remaining feedback for this buyer who is now blocked.
