480 items pages are now reduced to 69 items pages

    I had 67 pages with 480 items each page, but now the 67 pages are reduced to only have 69 items each page.
    I looked at my total items for sale and it showes more than 32.000 items for sale, but now I can only find 4.623 items in my shop.
    Where are the other 27.000 items? (aha perhaps Santa Claus)
    The 4.623 items are my recently listed items.
    How often is this happens?
    Perhaps this can explain a very low sale at the last Months.
    When do we get a problem free Delcampe??????????????

    Much more nightmare.
    Now a lot of my selling pages are absolute emty and don't show anything.
    Other of you having those problems at the moment????

    Same sort of thing here.

    Yesterday I listed over 200 Scotland GB regionals to add to the number (not sure of it) that I already had listed.

    As of now, my GB Scotland listing consists of 74 items - 9 pages, each supposedly of 60 items although only 9 are shown on each page.

    Not surprising that I have no sales when buyers can't see what is in my store.

    Please, Delcampe, sort out the site.

    Should add the numbers are 74 out of 481 shown as being in my store, so therefore about 15%. Other listings are similarly affected.

    No wonder I have virtually no views over the last few days - simply incomprehensible. :whiteflag:

    Just got hit with the same problem - very short pages on my list of sales. This has just happened as my lists were fine a few hours ago!

    Hoping for a Christmas miracle fix!

    Hi,

    I just tried an experiment. I searched for your items using your nickname and all seems well. For example, all 124 items Cyprus showed up. I think the problem is with the lists shown under My Delcampe rather than the lists buyers are seeing. Today when gong into My Delcampe, I keep getting pushed to Dashboard rather than being able to choose Sales directly. I know it doesn't solve the problem, but at least I think your listings are OK.

    You appear to be correct. I tried logging out of my account and searching just as a guest and certainly for the listing I checked, all do appear to be there. I've reported the fault directly to Delcampe so hopefully it will be sorted.

    It's none the less very disconcerting that you check something and the vast majority appear to be missing.

    Yes, it is very disconcerting when your work appears to disappear. But I can report that the Buying side of Delcampe seems to be working OK - I have received lower bids and orders in the last little while, so the site does appear to be still working.

    I'm happy to hear that my selling items are showed for the buyers.
    I have just done some tests on my selling pages, and they should have shown 480 items each, but only 69 items are shown on each pages I thought, but page 1 have 69 items, page 2 have zero items, page 3 have 69 items, page 4 have zero items and so on to page 67. Only every second page showes 69 items.
    For how long time can Delcampe continue going on with all this daily problems?

    My shop is showing the correct number of items...10000 but a search using 480 items pp only shows 22 pages or about 70 items. Maybe the rest lost in the ether?
    Sales are pretty dreadful of course - but my sales on Delcampe have been declining ever since the "old" system was taken offline. Fortunately, sales on other sites are increasing rapidly and regular buyers seem to be switching sites due to the constant problems here.
    Sorry, I have little or no sympathy with the D techies......they were warned time and time again about the inadequacies of the new site and simply ignored the warnings and advice proffered.

    We have a similar problem.
    99% of listings have disappeared.
