Delcame Lister Problem, URGENT!!

    Hello,

    We often use Delcampe Lister to relist items as new. The problem is that the Lister is not working properly. Everything is shown to be correct, items successfully uploaded, but they just don't appear active.

    Although with people describing issues with API, I am starting to think that something broke down or was changed, and wasn't updated within the Delcampe Lister. Would be great to know an answer sometime soon.

    The items I uploaded yesterday haven't appeared either.

    I didn't list on Monday and Sunday's uploads are there ok.

    When did the problem start for you?

    Can someone from Delcampe let us know, if these items are stuck in a queue, please, or do we have to upload them again?

    I noted this yesterday morning but thought that it would rectify itself.

    The problem is still there this morning even though I received the usual email acknowledgement that the items had been successfully listed. It is possible to link to the items from the notification emails but as far as I can tell they are invisible on the site itself.

    Another frustrating problem! :angryfire:

    Last time I successfully uploaded was on last Friday, that is 24th of November, tried uploading this Monday (27th of November) and Yesterday (28th of November), both times didn't work although it showed as it was completed without any problems in the application itself.

    We confirm that the items are stuck in the queue (so they're not lost and you don't need to list them a second time). The Lister is working through them as we speak, but we estimate it may take up to 48h or more for all the items to be processed.

    I cannot use the Delcampe lister, and my windows 10 will NOT allow me to go back to another date and re-install as it causes a major error on my system. When will the new DL be working and back to normal as it is one of the main reason I pay for the Gold membership.
    Secondly I do not like Kaspersky labs anti virus systems. Are they now an integral part of Delcampe? If so can I remove it? Will it affect DL if it ever gets back to normal?
    So many questions.... It used to work great, why mess with something thats not broken?

    As far as I am aware Kaspersky has nothing to do with Delcampe.

    It sounds to me like you have downloaded it bundled to something else - Adobe used to bundle McAfee to their updates and you had to unclick a box to stop that being downloaded. Maybe they have changed to Kaspersky.
    I don't see any reason why you shouldn't uninstall it.

    As Mainly has stated you seem to have downloaded something that has nothing to do with Delcampe. Did you download directly from the Delcampe site?

    I, like many others, have the Lister installed and it runs fine without any problems. Any problems are usually to do with the main site being very slow in taking the sent listings and them then appearing live on the site. But that is not an actual Lister problem.

    There is supposed to be a new version of the Lister appearing at some time soon - that may have some teething problems when it appears - we have to wait and see.

    Most problems with the current Lister are usually due to Adobe Air not being installed first and updated and some members deleting the Lister and then downloading it again. As not all files are deleted when doing an uninstall old files clash with any new download. If this is the case with you have a read through some of the older Lister threads and you will come across the solution to this problem.

    Thanks for the comments. my DL was great until it stopped working. I was told to re-install and back date which I did but that caused me problems with windows 10. I have thousands of cards to list but to be honest I have stopped as I need the lister.
    In regard to kaspersky, im pretty sure it was from the site, I installed Air first (again) and it appeared on Delcampe after that so it could be from adobe? Anyway, lets hope the new lister is up and running soon as I need to get selling!
