    Is there a problem with feedback at the moment?

    I have a customer who left me multiple feedbacks for items that ended on 20th July 2017. When I have gone to reciprocate I cannot find him in the feedback to give section. I have received feedback but am unable to leave it for my customer.

    OK - I worked out what the problems were with this.

    Firstly I had to refund a couple of items which meant that the invoice was marked as unpaid and was hibernating in that column.

    Secondly it was an invoice for more than 100 items so it did not appear in the feedback to leave page. Feedback had to be left through the invoice page!

    Anyway all sorted now!
