Invoices not sent - Jan 19/20th

    Hi,

    After reading through the french support forum, it appears there was an issue with sending out invoices yesterday (buyers notified the sellers). This issue appears to have been corrected by Delcampe support, however I now am not able to remind the buyer of the invoice as there is a 7day period that needs to pass before another reminder can be sent.

    This change makes no sense, as a seller should be able to remind a buyer whenever they want. As a result of this additiona hidden restriction, a full message was sent instead.

    Could the remind time period be removed please and thank you. There is enough inconvenience with the lack of sales and poor website design to deal with at the moment.

    The 7 day interval between reminders has always been in place. Tbh, I approve of that. I think it's rather rude to start harassing a buyer after just a couple of days for payment.

    If you are worried that your invoice may not have been sent, click on "more", one of the options is "change payment request" - that will allow you to send a new invoice.
