New but not improved website

Here in Texas we have a saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I would be really interested to hear the logic behind creating a new website when, in my opinion, there was nothing wrong with the old one. It was easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. Now my default language keeps going back to French, the system of leaving feedback is not as user-friendly as it was, I am unable to delete items once I have left feedback etc. etc. I am very unhappy and will sadly not be visiting Delcampe as often as I used to - your new website is a DISASTER!

Hello Jonmar, and thank you for all of your kind business in the past. It's mostly sellers who are moaning about the new Delcampe, so it is reassuring that buyers are also concerned.

Sales are definitely down, so that will be affecting Delcampe's income. Money talks!

Fingers crossed that they will continue working hard to improve the new site. A little more communication from Delcampe wouldn't hurt.
